Q: Do you have free parking?
A: Indeed we do. We have free valet parking without overnight parking fee. Just drive up to the entrance and our staff will take care of your car.

Q: If I arrive to Takayama by train or bus, do you have free shuttle service?

Q: I cannot speak Japanese. How can I communicate with your staff?
A: Even though they are not native speakers, we have staff who can speak English at the front desk. Therefore, please come or call to the front desk.

Q: Can we have our luggage taken care of before check-in and after check-out?
A: Yes, we will take care of your luggage at the front desk before check-in and after check-out.

Q: Is there a closing time?
A: Since there is no curfew, all guests are free to go in and out of the hotel. (The automatic door will switch to manual from 12 midnight till early morning).
